This has made it difficult for players to join or complete jobs. However, the devs’ decision to make it online-only has caused server issues such as persistent lag and disconnects. Payday 3 is a massively popular first-person heist-shooter from Starbreeze Studios and Overkill Software. The heist game is finally now out on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, but players hate the always-online multiplayer that the devs are thinking of adding an offline mode.
